First of all, failure helps people to choose proper selections. Specifically, when people try to challenge what they want, they will undergo a lot of failures. they will think about what the problem is, and why was wrong about their selected options. Therefore these thinking processes will give some clues. thereby they realize the solutions and progressing the situation. For example, when I was young, I didn't know how to study or what do I have to learn to get a high score. But I could figure out the methods through the thinking process which keeps questioning the problem.

Secondly, failing can strengthen people's mental. When people experience the same or similar events repeatedly, they tend to become numb to them because they are already familiar with them and there is no new impetus in the brain no longer. Additionally, the brain will prepare for accident results which can expect, to reduce shock in advance. Likewise, If people experience a lot of failures, they won't feel confused or panicked about failing anymore. In my experience, when I was young, I had to interview to enter a company. I often felt anxious and discouraged when I failed the interviews. After undergoing three or four failures, my mind wasn't shaken by the fact that I failed anymore.

Then I was able to figure out several solutions, such as doing math problems repeatedly and checking the solving process. As a result, I was able to get an even better score.
