A thought-provoking current issue concerns that remote work would be beneficial and manage the schedules flexibly. However, some people believe that remote work limits their chances of earning promotions and raises. Therefore, It is timely to consider the validity of this perspective. In the following sections, I will present my reasons for strongly agreeing with the statement.

First and foremost, working from home saves a significant amount of time, sometimes, those people who are staying far away from their company take away from their time to commute each morning and night. If they reduce these opportunity times, they can employ this extra time to relax and prepare for their job, and this leads people’s efficiency to rise up.

For example. when I was working in the Internet technology company, I had to remote work while COVID-19 began. Before the pandemic, I should commute to the company for almost 2 hours oscillating the time. However, after beginning the remote work, there are a couple of hours of extra time, and I could utilize my time for relaxing and preparing for my work.

To sum up, everyone may hold a different view on this issue. However, I indubitably support the perspective that remote work would be advantageous when it comes to managing schedules.
