A thought-provoking current issue concerns that the established company is a better choice. However, some people believe that taking a position fresh company would serve spacious excitements. Therefore, It is imperative to examine this viewpoint. In the following sections, I will present my reasons for strongly agreeing with the statement.

Therefore, It is imperative to examine this viewpoint. In the following sections, I will present my reasons for strongly agreeing with the statement. First and foremost, the utmost important thing for hires is to develop their professional skills. The Dinosaur Corporation generally is able to provide a wide range of experiences, including diverse projects, interpersonality, and collaborating with experienced staff. Of course, the important thing is the attitude to improve themselves anywhere their own situation. However, start-ups have limited capability of learning a variety range of backgrounds in terms of volumes. Furthermore, If employees are able to build an enormous amount of know-how, they would apply their knowledge to numerous situations anywhere, although they transfer to another company. For example, in my time as a database developer at an Information technology company, I learned skills with respect to the processes of dealing with emergency situations in a large company in which there are almost 500 workers. Particularly, when I accidentally deleted all sorts of codes, I was quickly able to be informed of the methodology of restoring all of my data from my supervisors. Following several years, I could apply this professional know-how to another company as well.

To sum up, everyone may have a different view on this issue. I indubitably support the perspective that large-size companies would be more beneficial than start-ups. The reason for my belief is as follows: newcomers may acquire kind of professional skills as well as put those career to utilize another corporation.
